As a Customer Data Specialist, you don’t just pull the numbers - you make them worth trusting. You keep CRM data clean, processes well-governed, and every number traceable to its source. You’re comfortable connecting the dots across CRM, GTM systems, and campaign data, and just as confident explaining what the numbers mean to leadership.If you want to own the data layer that powers how a fast-growing fintech goes to market, let’s talk!

• You turn data into decisions: You analyse campaign performance, conversion rates, pipeline quality, and translate what you find into recommendations people act on. 
• You build the reporting layer: Dashboards that are accurate, self-refreshing, and built on KPI definitions everyone has agreed to.
• You make the business self-sufficient: You resolve advanced reporting requests fast, and reduce the next one through governed self-service, documentation, and a bit of training. 
• You own CRM: You make sure our workflows meet business needs, and that permissions, integrations, and configurations stay aligned with how the business sells. You're also the first call when something breaks.
• You guard data quality: You keep customer acquisition data complete, accurate, and consistent across HubSpot and the tools around it. When something drifts out of line, you spot it early, get to the bottom of it, and fix it with the stakeholders involved, at the source wherever that's possible.
• You use AI where it makes sense: You know where AI can simplify repetitive work and improve efficiency, and where it adds unnecessary complexity. You apply it thoughtfully to solve real business problems.

• 3–5 years in customer analytics, revenue/marketing operations, or BI, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or a similarly fast-moving environment.
• Hands-on HubSpot/Salesforce experience, including admin and workflow work.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills, including hands-on Power BI experience and working with data across multiple sources, systems, and channels. Familiarity with data warehouse or lakehouse concepts is a plus.
• You’re confident working with stakeholders across the business, translating their needs into data solutions and explaining findings in a clear, actionable way.
• You already use AI tools in your daily work and are curious about where they go next.
• Fluent in English; Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required.
